Project: Net-new brand pillar pages / Role: Lead Copywriter

In an ongoing effort to externalize Gladly’s strategic narrative, I collaborated with the digital and product marketing team to create four net-new “brand pillar” pages that clearly articulate what makes our company and product different than others on the market.
I was tasked with translating strategic internal language around our four key differentiators into engaging market-friendly language for our website and weaving Gladly’s most compelling product features into the story in a natural and effective way.
