Project: Homepage update / Role: Lead Copywriter

In summer 2023, Gladly’s digital team tested the performance and efficacy of the Gladly homepage UX and copy against our target ICP with help from Wynter, a B2B message testing platform. Based on the feedback we received, the digital team launched a project to redesign the homepage and overhaul its copy from top to bottom.
I collaborated closely with Gladly’s digital and product marketing teams on rewriting the story we shared on Gladly.com, using both direct feedback from our target audience and our strategic business narrative as guides.
The result is a homepage that clearly indicates our product’s key differentiator in a more memorable way, refines the story we tell about our product while introducing a more robust version that expands upon its core business values, and is altogether more on-brand visually and voice/tone.

Based on early insights, this new homepage performed much better than the old version, beating it out in engagement rate, average engagement time per session, and user stickiness — with half the traffic.

- Increase of 39% for DAU/WAU
- Increase of 22% for conversion rate
