Project: Gladly’s first OOH ad / Role: Lead Copywriter

Gladly was offered a chance to run its first OOH ad in San Francisco in partnership with Brex. The goal of the ad creative was to focus on Gladly’s key differentiator — its ticketless approach to customer service — and how the platform is uniquely built to help brands deliver radically personal support experiences.
